PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDERING MEAN?

Pre-ordering gives you early access to my pieces and guarantees you your limited-edition pieces before they sell out. Once your order is placed, we’ll deliver it as soon as the item becomes available.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER?

Simply add your chosen style(s)to your shopping bag and check out as normal.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ARRIVE?

Estimated delivery windows are stated on each individual product page. As soon as your pre-ordered item is ready, we’ll ship it and send you a dispatch email so you know when to expect it.

WHAT IF I ORDER IN-STOCK ITEMS TOO?

If you purchase an in-stock piece together with a pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready. If you’d prefer to receive your in-stock pieces sooner, please place a separate order.

CAN I RETURN A PRE-ORDER?

Yes, you can return pre-ordered items within 7 days of receipt if they’re not quite right. To request a return, please email info@46stitch.com

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SIZE?

Hopefully you won’t, but we completely understand if you do!

Please read the fit notes and size measurements on each product page carefully and compare them to a similar piece you already own. I often share Reels of myself wearing styles - especially pre-orders, and if I can, in a couple of different sizes for reference.

(FYI I’m 5ft 10, UK 10 on the bottom, size 11/12 top half, D cup.)

I don’t offer exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your item within 7 days of receipt and place a new order for the correct size. If your preferred size is out of stock, please sign up for the “back in stock” notifications.
