We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal payments. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

DELIVERY:

*46Stitch HQ is now taking a break for Christmas! No order posting after Tuesday 17th December. My  online shop is always open, but order posting will resume from Monday 6th Jan 2025 - wishing you all a very happy Christmas and a wonderful and healthy New Year! Xx

Once you have placed your order with 46 Stitch you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email and order number, it’s highly unlikely your order went through - do check no money has come out your account and try again. Your order will then be dispatched within 3-5 working days. I am a one-woman band, I do not employ anyone to help me nor have a warehouse to dispatch orders so please be patient :-)


46 Stitch offers UK only, 'Evri' Next Day or ‘Evri’ Standard Service - if you would not like Evri to send your package, please specify in the comments box at checkout, the alternative is Royal Mail 1st or second class ‘signed for’ service.

If you select ‘Next Day’ delivery, please note that parcels get collected around midday so you parcel *should* be handed over following day if your order was placed after midday. I try to prioritise ‘next day’ deliveries but sometimes can’t quite get to them depending on other commitments. I kindly ask you to be patient, remembering that it’s me that packs and posts the orders, not a distribution centre…

Shipping can take up to 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery. If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days then please kindly contact us at info@46stitch.com however you should have received an email from Evri, enabling you to track your own parcel and the information you have is the same information that I have :-)

Please allow a slightly longer delivery in the school holidays and at Christmas time, due to fairs and general chaos!  If you are having any problems emailing me then do send me a direct message via Instagram (@46stitch)

At present, 46 Stitch does not yet provide overseas shipping as a delivery option. I have, however, had customers successfully use www.shippn.com or www.addresspal.anpost.ie who both arrange delivery anywhere in the world - why not give it a go!

RETURNS:

We really hope you are 100% satisfied with your order from 46 Stitch, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item

All purchases are eligible for a full refund (excluding original postage cost) if returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure to include your name and order number in the returned package (you'd be surprised how many don't!!!) - this can be found on your email confirmation.

Please email info@46stitch.com to request a return, quoting your original order number and reason for the return.

The return address will be emailed to you. Please then neatly pack your item (ideally the same way it was received by you :-) ) and return your item in its original, unused condition to the address provided.

When posting your item back, we recommend you obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance

Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 7 days of receipt of delivery

Upon receiving your returned item safely we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost. Please allow up to 3-5 days from receipt to process your refund.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

Each and every order is thoroughly checked at 46 Stitch HQ before it is packed and shipped to you. We take pride in ensuring your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, but on rare occasions items may become damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us immediately at info@46stitch.com so we can help rectify the situation.
